Delivery Information

We have implemented a delivery system adapted to the nature of our products to ensure their quality upon arrival to our customers. Here are the details of our delivery policy to better understand how we operate.

Delivery Zones

We have defined two delivery zones based on the fragility of our products:

• Zone 1: Includes Casablanca, Rabat, Témara, Salé, Harhoura. In this zone, we deliver all our products, including the most fragile ones, to ensure their quality and avoid any risk of damage during transport.

• Zone 2: Includes the cities of Mohammedia, Dar Bouazza, Bouskoura, Bouznika, Tangier, Fez, Meknes, Marrakech, Agadir. In this zone, we only deliver non-fragile products, as they better withstand transport conditions over longer distances.

Why this System?

Some of our products, due to their delicacy, are more sensitive to transport and temperature variations. To preserve their quality, we have decided to limit their delivery to certain cities where we can ensure secure and rapid handling.

This allows us to guarantee that our products arrive at your doorstep in the best conditions, without compromising on their freshness and presentation.

What Happens if your City is not Eligible for Delivery?

If you add a fragile product to your cart and select a city outside of Zone 1, you will not see any available delivery options. A message will inform you that one or more products in your order cannot be delivered to the city you have chosen.

In this case, we recommend that you:

• Check the composition of your cart and possibly remove non-deliverable products.

• Select another city if possible for you.
